WOMEN CELEBRATING CHRIST : Women Celebrating Christ is a group of women who come together each week to study God’s Word. In our studies we are learning to live God’s Word and become the women He wants us to be. It is a time of prayer and encouragement, of love and laughter. We meet together every Thursday evening at 7:00pm in the church basement. Please come and be part of Women Celebrating Christ.

ENCOURAGING OTHERS: Encouraging Others is a group of widows and widowers who meet together each Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. in the Church hall. Food, fellowhip, prayer, activities and speakers are part of of our usual schedule as well as field trips. It is a time and a place of encouragment for those widows and widowers to continue to enjoy life and all it has to offer.

WESTPORT COMMUNITY FOOD GIVEAWAY: "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in." Matthew 25:35 The Westport Christian Church opens its Community Food giveaway every Monday from 10 a.m. until noon and then from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. There are no requirements. We are currently assisting over 125 families in the Westport Community. If you are in need...please stop by and see us.

PRAISE TEAM MINISTRY: Our Praise Team Ministry helps to lead the congregation along each Sunday in song, We meet each Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. right after Bible Study to go over the music that will be celebrated the upcoming Sunday. The ministry team is open to all members who would like to join us in song each week.

MINISTRY OUTREACH (LOCAL NURSING HOMES): The Port currently brings it's Sunday service to the residents of Morning Breeze Retirement Community and Healthcare Nursing Home in Greensburg Indiana once a month (4th Sunday of month - if there are 5 Sundays we also go on that 5th Sunday). We also bring our Sunday Service to the residents of Skybird Manor in Greensburg on the second Sunday of each month.

CLOWNS FOR CHRIST: Our clown ministry is a unique way of sharing the message of Christ with people.  We began our clown ministry four years ago under the direction of our preacher and his wife.  Mike and Ronda have been involved in clown ministry for over ten years.  We share the message of Christ through skits and laughter.  We do many programs for nursing homes, children’s ministry and other churches.  If you are interested about learning to become a clown for Christ or would like to have our group perform at your church, please contact us through our web site or call, 812-591-3807.  Prov 17:22 A joyful heart is good medicine.  (NASU) 

K-5 “Junior Worship” is for those who are potty-trained up to and including the fifth grade. We meet each Sunday just after communion with the exception of the first Sunday of the month, which is family Sunday. Jesus said in Matthew 19:14 “¹⁴But Jesus said, "⁾Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Jesus loved the little children and treasured them and so do me at the Westport Christian Church.

K-5 “Sunday Night Worship” meets on Sunday evening at 6:00 PM. We want all kindergarten through fifth grade to come join in the fun and worship on Sunday evening. There is singing along with a lesson. Come join us!!

K-5 “W.O.W.” (Worship on Wednesday) – This is a chance for k-5^th grade to come have singing, dancing and learn about God through the Bible. While Adults are enjoying Bible Study are kids can be feed, both spiritually and physically with fun and games.

   It is my prayer personally that every youth’s eyes will be opened and heart turned to see Jesus! Our Enlightened group is for 6h grade to Senior High. We meet three times a week for Bible Study and Fellowship. Sunday morning is during the morning biblical education hour and then again on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for the same. Come join us each week as we learn and grow together. Are you living the life Jesus wants you to, or are you living a lie?!
